- Scaling up strategy; What are your strengths, weaknesses and trends?
- Scaling up execution; What are your biggest constraints preventing you from achieving?
Having a virtual meeting with colleagues and discussing the above topics can open up many doors. It can give you ideas and solutions that you never could or would have thought of. As a business owner NEVER be too proud to take advice from others. Your employees or coworkers can have ideas that could be superb suggestions.
